We meet in Southwest Boise on

Sundays @ 9:30am | 11:00am

You'll find us near the corner of FiveMile and Overland. You Can't Miss Us.

what to expect

Visiting a church for the first time can feel a little intimidating. We want to make your first Sunday at Summit as simple and comfortable as possible. You don’t need to know what to wear, where to go, or what to do ahead of time. Just come as you are—we’ll help with the rest.
• When You Arrive: When you walk in, you’ll find friendly people ready to help you find your way. If you have questions, stop by the Connect Desk and someone can point you toward the Worship Center, kids’ check-in, restrooms, or wherever you need to go.
You won’t be singled out, asked to stand up, or pressured to give us your information.

• Casual Atmosphere: We are more concerned with people's hearts than what they are wearing. Which means whether it's shorts or a suit, wear whatever you want!  You'll feel welcome and fit in no matter what you wear.

• Friendly Faces: We LOVE it when someone comes for the first time. But, we don’t always recognize the first-time visitors because so many of the people who come are still fairly new, so feel free to say, “This is my first time” and we’ll guide you in!

What is the worship service like?

Our services include music, prayer, Scripture, biblical teaching. Expect a relaxed atmosphere where you’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.

Service Times: 9:30AM | 11:00AM

Our services last between 60-70 minutes.

We sing primarily modern and contemporary music with hymns scattered in led by our worship team. Feel free to watch a replay of a recent worship service to get a better idea of what to expect.

FAQ

Do I Have To Give?

No. Giving is something our Summit family does as part of their worship and obedience to Jesus. Guests are not expected to give.

Do i need to know anything about church?

Not at all. Whether you’ve followed Jesus for decades, haven’t been to church in years, or aren’t even sure what you believe, you are welcome here.

What happens after service?

You’re welcome to head out, hang around, grab a cup of coffee, meet some people, or stop by the Connect Desk. If you’d like to learn more about Summit, find a group, serve, or take a next step in your faith, we’d love to help—but there’s no pressure.

Will I be expected to participate?

Not at all. You’re welcome to simply observe and get a feel for Summit. You can sing, pray, take notes, or just listen. We won’t single you out or pressure you to participate.

What about My kids?

We want your kids to have a great Sunday too. Our children’s ministry provides a safe, welcoming environment where kids can have fun, build relationships, and learn about Jesus in a way that makes sense for their age.
When you arrive, our team can help you with the check-in process and show you where your child’s room is.

We currently offer children's programming during our 11 a.m. service. Nursery and Pre-K classes meet for the entire service. Elementary age kids and youth start in the worship center and are dismissed mid-service.

where can I learn more?
