Ryan and I decided that it would be best to have the clubbers come right in at 2:00 and sit in the sanctuary. This eliminates the need for 2 leaders in classes before 2:00 and will keep the kid responsibility with the parents, and we won't need to use the electronic check-in system.
I'll need to find a spot for the slideshow - perhaps in the 2:45 - 3:00 region. I'm also thinking of having it loop as people come in.
Ryan is buying Otter pops for the outside snack
Mrs. Balczo will have 2 T&T (in uniform) for flag ceremony
Ross needs to confirm Carsen Gafford and Bobby Godfrey for AV crew. Ross needs to check with Craig to make sure we have all our tech covered.
Diehls are confirmed but I'm asking if they need any setup help

6:30 Opening blessing for food - split into groups - Sparks in Multipurpose Room, T&T in Bogus Basin, LIT outside for games
6:45 Entertainment / movies start + store is open (do we need to say who shops when?)
7:45 Pick up your clubbers + have a great year!

Food: Ross shops Costco for pizzas, 99 clubbers, 25 adults
Mrs. Balzco will bring food for Faith + Lindsey + (Alex?)
Dessert - Mrs. Hart has purchased rice crispies treats - located in the AWANA Room, and she has purchased water bottles also
I also have cookies on my notes, just wanted to check if those are needed
Pizza warmer - Ross or volunteer will dig it out of the closet and get it ready to serve.
We should bring in a few extra volunteers, who haven't been there all night, for cleanup help. Vacuum, sweep, garbage bags to dumpster. Fresh help makes a big difference at the end of the night.
We also have store volunteers needed on my notes, and to move the store to the short hallway away from the Sparkies
